We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Certain hygiene sensitive items (such as underwear or shapewear) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
Return address
Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after request approval.
Please note: Depending on stock location and logistics routing, returns may need to be sent to our designated international return facility.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
